About the event
Ladies, we will meet every Wednesday in March at 9am to learn about what the Bible says about our bodies and how we can glorify God with them. We will spend the first 45-minutes with a Mat Pilates class designed for all fitness levels. The second 45-minutes will include a Bible study and a discussion of the fitness devotional, A Body of Worship. Get ready to serve God longer & stronger! The book in included in the price of the class.
